Summarizing
In this essay I would like to summarize information about socialization that I have read recently.
First of all it is necessary to say that socialization is a hot question of contemporary reality, because scientists are looking for the answer on a question how combination of environmental and heredity factors influence the socialization process. Many researchers are interested in this question and the role of socialization, its impact on our life and problems of social policy in regard to this aspect are widely discussed in all circles of our society. We should remember, that socialization is not a simple notion, because socialization process is a combination of all social processes by which an individual acquires a certain system of norms and values that enables him to function as a member of society. Heredity and environmental factors greatly impact on individual’s behavioral stereotypes and attitude to surrounding reality. It is necessary to mention that little children were not born with the understanding of all things that have happened around them, but all these various perceptions about what we are like and who we are in this world they receive during the process of socialization.
Summarizing information about socialization I would like to admit that the process of socialization is tightly connected with the process of education. Socialization has several stages and every stage consists of necessary parts with own important components and specificity. I think that the first side of the socialization process – is mastering of social experience – a characteristic how the environment affects the human and the second side of it characterizes the moment of human impacts on the environment through activities. Taking into consideration the last statement, I would like to add that children are greatly involved in the process of socialization and they need special care and qualified specialists for work with them.
