Admission Essay for Syracuse University

Highest education is one of the most important parts of present day’s life. Millions of people plan what profession and education they wish to have.
I decided to choose Syracuse University. I used internet to collect information about universities, schools I would like to choose, and I liked everything what I have read about Syracuse University. I have learned numeral opportunities that the University can suggest to its students. I saw that Syracuse University has a “balanced commitment to scholarship, teaching, and research attracts some of the finest scholars in the world”.
I dream to become a successful person. I want to be independent and to be free to live my life in the way I consider right. I want to have an opportunity to help people. I want to have a job that I like because carrier is one of the most important and inalienable part of a person’s life. I am sure that Syracuse University will help me to get new knowledge and will show me a number of possible opportunities to achieve my goals. I believe that the University’s educational system will help me to improve experience that I already have and will show me how to use it in the best way for me. The University has a great libraries and opportunities for self-education. Moreover, it has good campuses where students can rest and read. I am sure that it is also an important part of education and I was thinking about it when I was looking for a university where I would like to study.

I know that successful person it is a hardworking person. That is why I have a work experience already. Here I want to give some information about my previous study and about the kind of job I am involved with at the present moment as well. I finished high school in Singapore. After finishing high school, I transferred to WA. I finished my 2 year of college there. I graduated with Associate of arts degree in autumn 2009. I do volunteer and work with student with disability in the college. I like my present job. I like to help people and I am happy that now I can help those students. This work is a kind of useful hobby for me. I think that Syracuse University will help me to improve my skills and I will have more opportunities to help different kind of people in future.
I have mentioned already bookstore and now I want to tell shortly about other campus resources of Syracuse University that influenced on my choice of school.
First, I paid my attention to business, finance and administrative services. This mission is supporting “students, faculty, staff and external customers by providing management, services and products in the area of auxiliary services, business, design and construction, facilities, finance, maintenance, parking, real estate and risk management”.
Second, the University’s Information technology and Services provides students, staff and faculty with technologies. ITS support the mission of promoting “learning through teaching, research, creative accomplishment”.
I have read a lot of information about Syracuse University and it is impossible to tell about it in a short time. I have mentioned the important parts for me. I want to finish my essay with sure that I made the right choice and years of studying here will give me great opportunities and brilliant future.
