Rights of Clients
Rights of clients are crucial for the effective performance of any organization. In this regard, the right of clients to informed consent is particularly significant, especially today when clients are overwhelmed with information and they cannot distinguish properly their rights and effects of their involvement in certain operations or accepting offers made by different organizations. At this point, it is possible to refer to studies conducted by different organizations such as Universities, because they need to conduct studies in respect to existing ethical and legal norms. For instance, many studies can involve the use of personal or private information of clients. In such a situation, clients should be informed of the use of their private information in the study and they should sign the informed consent form to prove that they do agree to participate in the study.
Otherwise, researchers may face a risk of confronting the problem of lawsuits filed by clients, who were not aware of possible effects of their involvement in certain studies. In such a situation, the informed consent becomes crucial because it provides clients with the detailed information, which they need to obtain to understand reasons and effects of certain actions they are supposed to be involved in or which they have to understand before they accept an offer. The informed consent should be incorporated closely in the work of researchers because they need to provide clients with the information, which affects clients to make their studies ethically correct. At the same time, many organizations view the informed consent as an essential part of their ethical codes because informed consent respects rights of clients and protects organizations from lawsuits filed by their clients.

Protecting the Client and Others
The prevention of suicidal attempts is crucial for the work of mental health care professionals. In this respect, it is possible to refer to the case of Emmanuel. In such a context, it is important to place emphasis on the fact that it is necessary to take into consideration the impact of the session on Emmanuel. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the current behavior of Emmanuel, inclinations of the client and his behavior. At this point, it is worth mentioning the fact that Emmanuel has substantial difficulties in solution of his problems and he needs counseling services being delivered to him. In this regard, mental health care professionals should provide the client with support and psychological assistance to facilitate the perception of his current problems and take a different view on his position.
Therefore, it is possible to suggest Emmanuel to change the view on his problem and to view it from a different angle as if the problem did not affect the client in person. Instead, Emmanuel should consider his position from a different angle as if his problems referred to another person. The mental health professional should help Emmanuel to analyze the problem and to start suggesting possible solutions. As a result, Emmanuel would find possible solutions to the problems he discussed with the health care professional. In such a way, he can develop different strategies to solve his problems, which he can apply in the real life.
