Essay on The profession of 2D animator

It is known that today, the profession of 2D animator is increasingly in demand. As I have made up my mind to become a qualified specialist and to make a good career, I will try to do everything possible to realize my plans. Of course, it is very important for any 2D animator to find a good company which will not only provide promotion but also guarantee respectable wages. As for me, I am interested in the following companies: ILM, Digital Domain and Method Studios.

ILM is one of those companies I am interested in. It is my dream to work at this company because I’m a compositor and the work with ILM guarantees me a great deal of benefits. I will have an opportunity to develop my skills and to achieve my goals. Moreover, my friend knows some important producers who take high positions at the company. I hope that they will not refuse me in my request to work with ILM.

The other company I am interested in is Digital Domain. This company as well as the previous one has VFX and Animation. Moreover, this company has some interesting 3D stereoscope projects. I hope that I will have an opportunity to apply my skills and my knowledge and to take part in these projects.

The third company I am interested to work with is Method Studios. The major reason I have chosen this company to work with is connected with great opportunities Method Studios offers to me. Even though, I am a composer, I still interested in motion graphics and some creative staff. One more important fact is that this company does not require lots of working experience. As I have several years of freelance working experience and I have already succeeded in some interesting projects, I am sure that it will be enough to apply this studio.
