In such a situation, people have no other option but to disobey to unjust laws and legal norms. At the same time, it is important to avoid slipping toward lawless society. The latter can be prevented through the right of majority that means that civil disobedience is an act or movement, which involves a large number of people. Therefore, the majority of the society can change the existing rules and legal norms and, thus, regulate the existing social order and laws.
