Power, free of conviction of society, due to possessing undivided power does not fear some punishments of society. Exactly because of this impunity power degrades swiftly. If there is absolute power in the hands of such ruler, he will be the undivided owner of country and for satisfaction of the pride can go on any step. The unique and most effective obstacle which smashes this “rule of moral degradation” is a faith. Man, sincerely by all heart and reason a believer in God, dreading His anger and punishment for the acts, aims to grasp essence of the Divine commandments all forces, lives in obedience to laws, by the granted Creator. Moral principles of believing man do not depend on the “rules of behavior”, set by society. Thus, even possessing absolute power will not render negative influence on him, because a believing man carries responsibility only before the most High and dread to violate His commandments will shut out abuses power.
