The issue of successful team management involves plenty of equally relevant items as it was learnt. Among the most general purposes, such as motivation, group structuring, leadership styles or deadlines establishing, there are issues that stand out from the general crowd. “Men and Women working together in the same groups (teams)” is one of them without a doubt.

As for my reaction to this article, I’m ready to state that it has practical value in the aspect of learnt material. Mostly, the info found in it can be interpreted to such issue as functional roles inside the groups. Considering the psychological specific of female mentality, it is easier to carry out so important purpose as task roles (Initiator, Information seeker/ giver, Coordinator, Evaluator, Recorder etc. ) and task maintenance (Encourager, Harmonizer, Compromiser, Follower etc.) distribution among members of formal (work) group.
