When family members are experiencing anxiety, emotional discomfort, alienation, in this case we speak about the adverse psychological climate in the family. All this impedes the family of one of its main functions – psychotherapy, stress and fatigue, and also leads to depression, quarrels, mental tension, and deficiency in positive emotions. If family members do not seek to change this situation for the better, the very existence of the family becomes problematic.
The psychological climate can be described as typical of a family more or less stable emotional state, which is a consequence of family communication, that is, arises from the aggregate sentiments of family members, their spiritual experiences and worries, relationship to each other, to other people, to work, to surrounding events. It is worth noting that the emotional atmosphere of the family is an important factor in the effectiveness of the functions of family life, her health in general, it determines the stability of marriage, according to Marriages and Families Census Update.

All in all, family is fundamental in a person’s life. Each person wants to have a family, to be loved, to take care of others, and to have the sense in life. For me family is very important, as all family members support me when I need it and I am very grateful for everything my family has done for me. I think that communication within the family is extremely important, as this way people will be closer to each other, will have trust, love, and understanding. There are a lot of things that can be influenced by family and family never has to be taken for granted.
