Custom term paper: The Disgruntled State’s Law

The Immigration Act was signed by the Governor of Arizona Jan Brewer in April 2010. The Act has angered a large part of the U.S. population, as many thought he was racist and violated human rights, as stated in The Washington Post. This led to rallies and other protests. Against the new law also was the police, who said that the verification of documents from the alleged illegal migrants first, increase the burden on the detention order and distract them from fulfilling their basic duties and, secondly, deprive the police of public confidence. In turn, the U.S. government (namely, the Ministry of Justice), criticized the law, arguing that it contradicts the federal law.
The presidential administration was also against the adopted law in Arizona. Barack Obama soon after the signing of Arizona law urged the Senate to draft a reform of immigration legislation at the federal level. The bill, signed by the Governor of Arizona Janice Brewer in late April, was called “Act in support of law enforcement and protection of the area” and the registration number was SB1070. The document caused a wave of criticism from the federal government and human rights activists, however, found support for a large part of the U.S. population.
According to recent opinion polls, the new immigration laws of Arizona supported more than half of Americans. These people believe that the number of immigrants entering the country should be reduced. Before the law came into force there were reports of numerous protests from human rights groups and U.S. residents. One of the main concerns of those who oppose the law was that its entry into force will lead to increased discrimination on racial grounds. That is, people who are legally in the territory of Arizona will be delayed for checking of documents only because of the fact that outwardly they are from Latin America.custom term paper
All in all, human rights activists and fighters for human rights and racial equality are going to hold a series of protests in the capital of Arizona, Phoenix. Including that they are going to block the approaches to the immigration offices, the administration building state prisons. As a form of protest all these people are going to go into the streets without carrying any identification. The situation shows that people who currently live in The United States support the fact that a person has to have certain freedom and that the law offered by Jan Brewer was the thing that was outrageous. As a fact, there are certainly other ways to solve immigration problems, implementing the proper laws with the terms that respect the rights and freedoms of people.
